A strong body in the paint who can do a good job on the glass, Aleksandra Chomac is hoping she can squeeze onto the roster for EuroBasket Women 2011 and finally make a breakthrough with the senior National Team. She represented her country regularly at youth level and since that time, has experience in EuroLeague Women and EuroCup Women. While the 26-year-old has failed to settle for any length of time at the eight clubs she has been at in the Polish league, she normally produces and that won't have gone unnoticed by the Polish coaching staff. She has some post moves, can finish if given an opportunity and works hard - all attributes that work in her favour as she tries to bag herself a spot at a first-ever major tournament.
