Despite enjoying a successful youth career, Burgrova had to be patient to establish herself in the senior set-up, her career at the highest level taking off when she arrived back from the NCAA and played with Bourges. She eventually got an opportunity on home soil at the FIBA World Championship three years ago and after helping secure silver, has never looked back, remaining a key ingredient in the main rotation of Coach Blazek. Not a primary offensive player, Burgrova is more about working hard off the ball and setting screens, fighting for loose balls in the paint, taking care of the ball and commitment to the team. She is a nice shot blocker and has an ability to score when needed but it's the intangibles and attitude of Burgrova which make her shine most brightly.
